Metolius · The platform behind MCS

The software competitors claim. You watch us use.

Metolius is the cloud platform that powers everything Medical Credentialing Services does. Credential expiration tracking. Per-payer turnaround reporting. Live application status. Every credential, every application, every expiration — visible to you any time, exportable any way.

Surface 01 · Credential Expiration

Know what's expiring — months before it does.

At-risk counts at every horizon (30 / 60 / 90 days and beyond). A 60-month forward outlook chart so you can staff and budget for renewal waves. A filterable record table for every credential across your roster. Export to CSV, Excel, or PDF. The screenshot below is the live system, not a marketing render.

Surface 02 · Turnaround Time

See which payers are slow. Per application.

Average submit-to-approval days by payer. Per-application cycle times underneath. The honest version of 'faster turnaround' — backed by the actual data we move every day. Use it to set realistic expectations with clinicians, to escalate slow payers proactively, and to pick the right credentialing windows for new hires.

Surface 03 · Application Status

Every application, live status.

In Progress, In Review, Submitted, Complete — across every provider, every payer. Per-application status pills (App Initiated → App Submitted to Payer → App Approved), the latest specialist note, and one-click access to the supporting documents. The 'where is my application?' answer, before you have to ask.

What Metolius changes

The transformation, named.

Before

"Where does the BCBS application stand?" → email a specialist → wait two days for the answer.

After

Open Metolius → search for the provider → see status, last note, supporting docs — in five seconds.

Before

"Did any licenses lapse this month?" → ask, get a partial list back, hope it's right.

After

Open the Credential Expiration Report → 60-month outlook → every renewal across your roster, sorted by horizon.

Before

"Which payer is slowest right now?" → guess based on which providers' billing is stuck.

After

Open the Turnaround Time Report → per-payer averages → escalate the slow ones with names and dates.

For groups, MSOs, and credentialing-as-a-service operators

White-label Metolius — your brand, your shingle.

Running credentialing for a group, an MSO, or as your own service line? Metolius white-labels. Your brand. Your domain. Your customer experience. Same software, your shingle.

Most of our competitors don't offer this. For management companies, it's often the deciding factor — you want the platform infrastructure without rebuilding it; we want the revenue from operators using Metolius as their own product. Talk to us about setup.

  • Your logo, your color, your domain
  • Run the work yourself or have us run it
  • Same reports, same exports, same audit trail

Questions, plainly answered

Metolius — the asks we hear most.

  • Do I have to use Metolius to work with you?

No — Metolius comes with the service. You don't buy it separately and you don't have to learn it. It's how we run your credentialing; you log in when you want to see status, run a report, or pull documents.

  • Is there a long-term commitment?

No. Month to month. Metolius is part of the service for as long as we're running your credentialing. You leave with your data any time — every report exports to CSV, Excel, and PDF.

  • Can I white-label Metolius for my group or MSO?

Yes. Groups, MSOs, management companies, and credentialing-as-a-service operators run Metolius under their own brand and domain. Same software, your shingle. Talk to us about the white-label setup.

  • Where is my data stored?

Cloud-based, hosted in the United States. Documents, application history, and audit trail are retained for the life of your engagement and exportable on request.

  • Can I export reports?

Every report exports to CSV, Excel, and PDF. The data is yours.

  • Where does the name 'Metolius' come from?

Metolius is the platform brand behind a portfolio of healthcare-services companies, including Medical Credentialing Services. A river-name lineage — we named the platform after work that flows.
